This presentation will also be at the Institute for Environmental Sustainability on the campus of Loyola University. Kevin Erickson, Sustainable Agriculture Manger for the Institute, will lead a tour of the facility, which includes the IES Greenhouse Lab, aquaponics, and mushroom production areas. If you get there early, there is a café in the same building called Engrained Café which features locally sourced items and is open until 7pm.

Kenmore Ave. It is near the Granville and Loyola Red line train stations (closest to Granville) and there’s a main parking garage located on the main campus loop (accessed by turning north from W.
